Ghaffar a Design leader with over 18 years of expertise in User Experience Consultancy and design. Ghaffar is a design leader and practitioner who finds it immensely rewarding to bring out the best in his team. He enjoy designing organizational and UX strategies, synergising design, innovation, and business together in bringing effective people-centric business results. His personal and business focus is 'Design for Users People.
Asim Jameel
Head of PMO
Dr. Asim is a result-oriented manager with extensive experience of leading various projects from planning to successful completion. He has a consistent record of developing project schedules, estimating costs, monitoring work progress, and strategizing project requirements. Recognized as a significant contributor and concept person behind major projects and implemented robust strategies that drove projects’ profitability and benefits realization. He is able to design and execute effective program delivery strategies and roadmaps while applying best practice frameworks and methods.
Saeed Alnahdi

Saeed Al-Nahdi has a long experience in the field of digital products and creating solutions for more than 19 years. During which he led many countless projects, with prominent companies such as: Al-Rajhi Bank and the Arab National Bank. He was also part of transformation of the digital bank. He contributed in establishing digital banking across Saudi banks and also contributed in building the “Digital Factory” at Alrajhi Bank.

Henryk has over 15 years of experience in brand building and innovation consulting. He believes that the most valuable solutions come from working in a well-matched multidisciplinary teams. Within AZMX he helps companies adopt to market changes. He is responsible for digital transformation of major companies in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Maestro Pizza, Alrajhi Bank and Arab National Bank.

A seasoned digital experience expert with a proven history of crafting interactive solutions, I have an in-depth grasp of the full design process, including design methodologies, hands-on expertise, and project management. My experience covers both user and enterprise-facing products, allowing me to tackle design challenges from multiple angles and balance user needs with business goals effectively.
Javeed Khan
Head of Technology
Javeed likes to work with new technologies to solve business problems. He has worked as project manager, full stack developer and as DevOps Engineer. His current areas of work include leading the projects of DevOps and software development. He writes pretty much everything in emacs. He led the team to create Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to deploy Django based web applications and REST API services on the Kubernetes cluster. Used HARBor as image registry, Ansible for configuration management and automation.
